Realizing a long time dream of living in the country, we recently moved to a small town near Peterborough, Ontario, where we have been enjoying work on restoring and renovating farmhouses and historic town homes.
As emerging real estate investors ourselves, we are now expanding the focus of the business to include construction services for real estate investors.

I am a craftsman, contractor and problem solver who gets things done. As a builder with over 30 years experience in residential and commercial construction, I have helped countless families and businesses achieve their living and working dreams.
Christina Rennich
OPERATIONS MANAGER + OWNER
In addition to Operations Manager, I am also a Certified Pollinator Steward with Pollinator Partnership Canada, passionate native plants gardener and advocate and certified meditation/yoga instructor.

We have an extensive network of loyal subtrades, suppliers, architects, engineers, designers and zoning specialists. It takes a village to raise a house.
